As you drive along the south side of the Colorado River in Moab Utah, you can see the amazing rock art of the Anasazi Indians. These were ancient pueblo dwellers that inhibited the four corners of the southwest-Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado.
This is one of the many images that were carved approximately 600 years ago. We can only guess at the meaning of the pictures they left for us on these sandstone cliffs. |
