When exploring Coastal Maine you should take a turn off the “beaten path” and explore the “nooks and crannies” of this spectacular coast. The first 30 miles is known as the “Southern Maine Coast Region” and 90% of Maine’s beaches are located here. As you continue north you come to Kennebunkport, summer home of President and First Lady, George and Barbara Bush. Continue on to Old Orchard Beach which is known as “Maine’s Premier Family Beach Resort”. Futher up the coast is Bar Harbor home to Arcadia National Park. |
